These terms cover your use of shopneonoir.com and anything you buy from it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. They work alongside our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which together form your agreement with us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to order from us.

Orders and Prices

Currency and Taxes: Prices on our store are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and added during the checkout process.
Order Acceptance: Your order represents an offer to purchase. We officially accept your offer only when we email you to confirm that your order has shipped. Until that shipping confirmation is sent, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order for any reason—including item unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we decline an order, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Changes to Listings: We reserve the right to alter prices, modify descriptions, or withdraw products at any time. This will never affect an order that we have already accepted and shipped.
Product Representation: We describe and display every product as accurately as possible. However, digital screens display colors differently, and light-emitting products are uniquely challenging to photograph. The physical product color may vary slightly from what you see on your display. Because items are fulfilled directly by our trusted supply partners, minor packaging or cosmetic updates may occur.

Custom Signs

If you order a custom sign featuring your own text, words, or unique artwork:

Intellectual Property Rights: You confirm and warrant that you own or have the explicit legal right to use all assets sent to us. Do not submit a protected brand logo, copyrighted character, professional team badge, song lyrics, or artwork that does not belong to you. Submitting your own original business or personal logo is perfectly acceptable.
Right to Refuse: We will not manufacture products that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, and fully refund any order for this reason.
Design Variance: The on-screen preview generator is a close approximation, not an exact replica. It displays the basic shape, text, and chosen color. Because a bent glass tube is a physical, hand-finished object, small variances in stroke, curvature, and finish are a natural part of the product.
Artwork Ownership: You retain full ownership and rights to any artwork you submit. You grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering your specific sign. We will never feature your custom artwork on our store or in advertisements without asking for your explicit consent first.
Return Policy Exclusion: All custom, personalised, and made-to-order items are governed exclusively by the custom section of our Refund Policy and are strictly excluded from our standard 30-day change-of-mind return window.

Payment Processing

All checkout transactions and payments are securely processed through Shopify. We comply with industry-standard security practices, and our team never views or stores your full credit card or payment account details.

Our Content

The photography, copywriting, original product designs, graphics, and code featured on this website are the intellectual property of NEONOIR. Please do not copy, reproduce, or distribute them for commercial use. Purchasing a product from us does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

Website Usage

You agree not to attempt to breach, bypass, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this website's infrastructure. You must not use automated tools, scrapers, or spiders to crawl or scrape this website to rebuild our product catalogue elsewhere.

Limitation of Liability

We stand firmly behind the quality of what we sell, and our Refund Policy outlines exactly how we resolve issues. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any order is strictly limited to the total amount you paid for that specific order. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any statutory rights you hold under consumer protection laws that cannot be legally waived.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a legal claim in your local jurisdiction if your local consumer protection laws entitle you to do so.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms of service as our business evolves. The version of the terms published on this page at the exact time you place your order is the version that applies to that transaction.
